Book early, especially for December
December is the busiest month of the year for Tampa Bay restaurants with private dining rooms, event venues, caterers, DJs and photographers. Friday and Saturday nights in early to mid-December usually go first. If you're planning for that window, reaching out in late summer or early fall gives you the widest choice. If it's already late in the year, there are still good options. Weeknight parties, lunch events and January “new year” celebrations are often easier to book and can cost less.

Larger company-wide celebrations with multiple vendors, transportation or a formal program fit our Corporate Event: Full Planning package (from $1,800). Both are offered at Founding Client rates to a limited number of first clients, and vendor costs are always listed separately in your quote.
